WEEKEND AND FESTIVAL MENU
Bosseria Restaurant cuisine is based on simple recipes elaborated with products of proximity, ecological and respectful with the surroundings. Composed of dishes that reflect the love for things well done and the experience of convents and monasteries, authentic knowers of universal knowledge.The Rule of Saint Benedict says: “if possible, the monastery should be established in such a way that all the necessary things: water, mill, orchard and different works of the different trades be exercised within the monastery “(RB 66,66).
Following this tradition opened by the Rule of St. Benedict and fruit of the love for the land, in the Monastery of Poblet an orchard is cultivated by means of natural processes that provides of products to the Restaurant Bossería and to the Monastery. In this way it allows to offer a balanced and simple cuisine, closely linked to an exceptional culinary heritage, full of wisdom, created over the centuries from the calm and silence of the Monastery orchard.
The Restaurant offers the Bosseria Menu from Monday to Friday and the Cimbori Menu on weekends and holidays.
